Naples Florida Real Estate: When Will You Purchase Your Next Florida Property? - POLL RESULTS

When Will You Purchase Your Next Florida Property? - POLL RESULTS

I placed a poll on my Naples, Florida real estate website just to see what visitors were thinking.  Of course I did this last week when the stock market was going crazy but I thought the results were interesting so I thought I'd share them:

When Will You Purchase Your Next Florida Property:

Before the end of the year: 23%

During Season: 11%

Sometime next year: 30%

After I sell another property: 3%

Just renting: 11%

Selling, not buying: 0

Not buying or selling: 19%

64% of those who took my poll are planning on buying sometime by the end of next year. COOL!

19% aren't buying or selling...interesting...makes me wonder why they were on my website! :)

There's still some pretty strong interest in renting property as well.  This was pretty common last year too.  The best areas seem to be doing well in the rental markets and lots of colleagues around the office have been inquiring about rentals for clients. If you are interested in renting in Naples, you should consider making arrangements now before the best rentals are gone!

You might consider making your Naples Florida real estate purchases soon too considering you're not alone when it comes to buying!

Serving my purpose through content rich informaton about Naples, Florida real estate!

Best Regards!

Shannon - I'm thinking here in Arizona that owning a few rentals is an opportunity right now for investors if they have a little extra cash in their pocket.  Some fantastic buys are certainly available and rentals are filling up so fast here! Interesting poll results! What about that 19% huh? Go get 'em Smart Girl!

I love the fact that 19% are not planning to do either. You must have something interesting on your site to draw them in. Maybe that should be your next poll :). Maybe they plan to rent......

Shannon liked your poll idea. Seems like a good way to generate conversation and inspire some activity.

Shannon, I saw on the news, I think it was about a month ago, a report about expected home sales in 2009.  Presumably, from the news report there's a lot of potential homebuyers sitting on the sidelines and waiting patiently for the house prices to drop further.  Despite the fact that house prices have fallen considerably, there's supposedly millions of potential home buyers out there that believe that house prices are going to drop even further.  So, I guess it makes a lot of sense, why would they buy now when they could wait 6 months to a year and save thousands of dollars on their purchase.

Oh, by the way, just wanted to say this is a great picture of you.  I love the dress.  Where can I go buy one for myself?
