I just released the Bay Laurel Pelican Marsh Naples, Florida section of my website. Included are the Bay Laurel Estates for sale, community information pictures and more.
Bay Laurel Estates is considered to be one of the most luxurious gated communities within Pelican Marsh. There are only 38 home sites with only 2 remaining vacant lots. Most home sites offer views of a lush tropical preserve while others offer beautiful views of the Pelican Marsh golf coursedesigned by Robert Von Hagge.
Currently there are five Bay Laurel Estate homes for sale. Pricing starts at $1,999,999 and increase up to $2,695,000. The earliest homes completed construction in 2000 with the newest home completing construction in 2007. There are homes in Bay Laurel Estates that are starting to show a little age but there are also some outstanding properties that have been tastefully finished and are waiting for you to move in.
This week I previewed all but one (apparently I couldn't get in to see it) for a client coming in to town later this month. I definitely have a couple of favorites out of the four but all offer a completely different set of attributes. I personally prefer the golf course views over the preserve views but folks insisting on privacy will disagree with me.
The neighborhood is meticulously kept with exceptional landscaping consistent with each home. An additional gated entrance (with a very effective but professional and friendly guard) enhances a sense of security and privacy although Naples is certainly not considered a high crime location. This is a great feature because it limits the amount of traffic on the three streets within Bay Laurel.
If you are a golf enthusiast or just prefer a luxury neighborhood and you haven't taken the chance to get to know Bay Laurel Estates, it might be worth it to give me a call. Who knows...wink wink. There might be a great catch available in there right now for somebody looking for a deal.
