Naples Florida Real Estate: Is Pine Ridge The New Royal Harbor?

Is Pine Ridge The New Royal Harbor?

For those of you who are familiar with the Naples, Florida subdivisions: Pine Ridge and Royal Harbor, I'm sure you must think I'm crazy to even be trying to tie the two areas together.  These two subdivisions hardly have anything in common.  Royal Harbor is located on the eastern side of Naples Bay in the southern portion of Collier County...very close to Old Naples I might add and best known for featuring many Pine Ridge Lots are available, well, just click on the links!

Serving my purpose through content rich informaton about Naples, Florida real estate!

Best Regards!

Shannon: my wife and I used to live in Old Town Naples for 7 years and Pine Ridge was always a favorite of mine. You cannot beat the pastoral country like feeling and you are minutes to US 41 and the beach. The price range is quite impressive but then its Naples. You are right. These sellers are not motivated.Where are you going to find an area with pristine homes where you can have horses and sand on your feet?Congrats on working with JR Woods by the way. I always liked working with that company.
