For the official record...this post is not about you...you being...you know who you are.  This post is for the others who subscribe, happen upon my blog and for those I work with in the present and future.

Shannon - Many real estate scenarios are very similar and I'm sure clients will often relate to a situation they read about in our blogs.  You've put their minds at ease by clearly stating you will not name names without their approval--as we all should do.
