There have only been two sales in Mont Claire at Pelican Marsh this year so negotiating strategies are leaning more in favor for the buyer at this time especially since the inventory is a little oversupplied. Some Mont Claire sellers are already aware of this and have responded by discounting their properties to attract you. Sometimes to make a great deal you have to be where everybody else isn't and before October is probably your best shot to score!
