Few real estate markets embraces open houses like Naples does.  During season, the plethora of emails I receive from agents advertising their open houses and agents looking for open houses to host are out of this world and season is right around the corner!

Because Naples is largely a second, third or fifth home community, alot of people use open houses to get to know our Naples neighborhoods better.  Potential Naples buyers check them out to research pricing, choose a Realtor to buy or sell and even choose a property....sometimes.
