I previewed the only house currently listed today in Barrington at Pelican Bay. It's older...built in 1993 and whoever buys it will definitely want to do some things to bring it up but it offers high ceilings, a great floor plan and a beautiful view of the golf course at Pelican Bay.
There's another home in Barrington that is available although it is not in MLS right now that I also toured. It was built about the same time and it too needs some updating but this home offers something you can't hardly find in Pelican Bay right now and that's a 3 car garage. There's no view of the golf course but there is a beautiful lake view and offers a great floor plan as well.
